NaviCS AI
AI Analytics

Ask your data a question. Get an answer you can trust.

We add a natural-language layer on top of your governed data so business users can ask questions, get answers with context, and follow up — without waiting for a new report.

The challenge

Business problems we solve

Where organizations typically get stuck before engaging NaviCS for AI Analytics.

  • 01

    Report backlogs

Every new question becomes a request to the analytics team and a wait of days or weeks.

  • 02

    Dashboards without explanations

Charts show that a number moved, but not why or what to do about it.

  • 03

    Risky AI answers

Generic AI tools pointed at raw data can return confident but incorrect numbers.

What we do

AI Analytics capabilities

Scope we deliver end to end, or alongside your own team.

  • Natural-language questions

Business users ask questions in plain language and receive charts, tables and summaries.

  • Governed answers

Answers come from your semantic model and approved definitions, not ad-hoc queries.

  • Insight summaries

Automatic narratives explaining what changed, where and the likely drivers.

  • Anomaly alerts

Proactive notifications when key metrics move outside expected ranges.

  • Analytics agents

Agents that answer follow-up questions and can trigger next steps from an insight.

Use cases

Where it makes a difference

Concrete business applications we design and deliver.

  • Executive Q&A

Leaders ask about revenue, pipeline or cost and get an answer in seconds.

  • Sales performance questions

Managers explore performance by region, product or rep without building reports.

  • Operations exceptions

Get alerted when service levels or volumes deviate, with a summary of the cause.

  • Monthly commentary

Draft variance commentary automatically for analysts to review.

FAQ

AI Analytics questions, answered

How do you stop the AI from giving wrong numbers?

Questions are answered against a governed semantic model with defined measures, and answers show how they were calculated. We test against known questions before rollout.

Do we need a semantic model first?

A well-defined model is strongly recommended. If one does not exist, we build it as part of the engagement.

Who can see what data?

The AI layer respects existing security rules, including row-level security, so users only get answers from data they are permitted to see.

Does this replace our dashboards?

No. Dashboards remain the place for routine monitoring; AI analytics answers the follow-up questions they raise.
